I worked directly with Devin and Lowell at The Coley Group to sell my house. Everybody at their office was professional, but still fun to work with. The process was very smooth on their side the whole way. Starting with realistic expectations to negotiations with the buyer's Realtor, I was always kept in the loop on what was happening with my transaction. The additional benefit of the Concierge service to help cover my moving costs was a huge bonus. I will definitely be working with their office again when I am in the market to buy.

Devin Curlings with The Coley Group was an absolutely wonderful realtor to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for not only a professional and knowledgeable realtor, but also a caring and thoughtful person. Devin was very knowledgeable about the current housing market, which we very much needed since we were first time home buyers with our first baby on the way. She was very prompt at responding to emails, calls, or texts. She ultimately knew what type of house we wanted before we did. Devin not only helped us find our dream home but was a constant advocate for us to make sure we got the best deal possible in such a competitive market. She then helped guide us through our closing and made the entire process simple taking away the stress of home buying. Devin went above and beyond as our realtor. During the closing process, our beautiful daughter was born healthy but much earlier then expected. We were both happy and healthy but still in the hospital at our closing date. Devin took care of everything for us and organized a traveling notary for us so we were able to close on our dream home from the hospital room! Her kindness and generosity did not stop there, Devin and the Coley Group sent us flowers, gifts, and multiple meals (to help us survive our first weeks as new parents!). We are so thankful to Devin and everyone at the Coley Group for everything they have done for us. We could not have asked for a better house buying experience! We highly recommend Devin to anybody looking to work with not only a fantastic realtor but also a genuinely thoughtful and caring person, who we have come to consider a close friend. Although we plan to make this our forever home, if we ever plan to move in the future, Devin will be our first call.

We did a ton of due diligence, interviewing 6 different realtors prior to selecting Devin Curlings with The Grecthen Coley Group to sell our home. Devin is assertive and knows the market. Our home was on the outskirts of Raleigh and we were concerned if we would truly get the value we thought we should upon selling. Devin is well in touch with not only the Raleigh market but also the suburban markets that are well outside of a 25 mile radius of Raleigh. This in turn makes her the most competent realtor in this abnormal market that we met with. She was very honest and upfront letting us know what we needed to do in order to get max value for our home. When dealing with Devin, you are not just getting her on your team, but a complete team of individuals that are the top shelf of their particular interests. In the end, Devin was able to negotiate a contract for our home at $90K over asking and our asking price was well over the selling price per square foot in our neighborhood. If we ever are in the market to sell another home, Devin has earned our confidence to represent us in that venture.

We moved from Chicago to North Carolina in mid June. We started looking end of March & came across this neighborhood survey connected to The Coley Group. We took this & a realtor named Carly reached out to us & everything took off from there. We received personalized recommendations for neighborhoods, houses & ways of life we were interested in. We were introduced to Compass where we browsed hundreds of houses & eventually created a list of homes we loved & booked the trip to NC. Carly was awesome and put together 3 full days of showings in the 3 areas we were looking at. By the second day we found a home we loved, put in an offer & it was accepted by the end of the day We wouldn't have been able to do ANY of this without Carly & The Coley group; especially while living in Chicago. 10 out of 10. I would say that this experience purchasing a new place (and listing my current residence) was/is what it should be, what everyone should experience and what other Real Estate agencies aspire to provide. Gretchen and her team covered every base. She personally took time to call me directly on a holiday weekend and listened to my situation. Ryley (an Agent at The Coley Group / Compass Realty) was my direct contact. She communicated, set clear expectations, followed through, and fought for me to get the best possible deal on my new home.
