We felt 100% supported from our introductory meeting all the way through and beyond closing. Gretchen and her team were extremely patient with us and masterful in navigating what seemed like an impossible seller's market. Gretchen sold our house in 3 weeks for 400k more than what our realtor last year listed our property. If you’re looking for a concierge experience- this is your team! They organized my estate sale, staged my home, and invested in a true online marketing plan (driven by her own in house marketing team) and provided me with metrics showing their efforts. We finally found a true real estate expert!

We started looking end of March & came across this neighborhood survey connected to The Coley Group. We took this & a realtor named Carly reached out to us & everything took off from there. We received personalized recommendations for neighborhoods, houses & ways of life we were interested in. We were introduced to Compass where we browsed hundreds of houses & eventually created a list of homes we loved & booked the trip to NC. Carly was awesome and put together 3 full days of showings in the 3 areas we were looking at. By the second day we found a home we loved, put in an offer & it was accepted by the end of the day We wouldn't have been able to do ANY of this without Carly & The Coley group; especially while living in Chicago. They tailored everything to our needs & have kept in touch even post move from free pizza delivery to a housewarming gift (wine, glasses etc.). We couldn't have asked for a better transition & they made it possible!!

I would say that this experience purchasing a new place (and listing my current residence) was/is what it should be, what everyone should experience and what other Real Estate agencies aspire to provide. Gretchen and her team covered every base. She personally took time to call me directly on a holiday weekend and listened to my situation. Ryley (an Agent at The Coley Group / Compass Realty) was my direct contact. She communicated, set clear expectations, followed through, and fought for me to get the best possible deal on my new home. She was patient and understanding and along with Paul, an in house mortgage contact, helped me close in 30 days. They also helped me get my current home listed at the same time and I’m currently in the process of getting that accomplished. This was only my third experience ever purchasing a new home and by far the best experience I could have asked for. I am truly thankful for The Coley Group and their approach to residential real estate. If you’re considering a change in residence, you will not find a better experience than working with Gretchen and her team.

The Coley Group has quite the staff of experts - Claire took the bull by the horns and really drove the process of selling our home in Pittsboro/Chatham County. She communicated with us and the buyer’s agent effectively and consistently. Claire is a rock star and we cannot thank her enough!
