I can’t express enough the amazing experience we had working with the Gretchen and the Coley Group! Gretchen sold our house in 3 weeks for 400k more than what our realtor last year listed our property. If you’re looking for a concierge experience- this is your team! They organized my estate sale, staged my home, and invested in a true online marketing plan (driven by her own in house marketing team) and provided me with metrics showing their efforts. We moved from Chicago to North Carolina in mid June. We started looking end of March & came across this neighborhood survey connected to The Coley Group. We took this & a realtor named Carly reached out to us & everything took off from there. We received personalized recommendations for neighborhoods, houses & ways of life we were interested in. We were introduced to Compass where we browsed hundreds of houses & eventually created a list of homes we loved & booked the trip to NC. Carly was awesome and put together 3 full days of showings in the 3 areas we were looking at. By the second day we found a home we loved, put in an offer & it was accepted by the end of the day We wouldn't have been able to do ANY of this without Carly & The Coley group; especially while living in Chicago. They tailored everything to our needs & have kept in touch even post move from free pizza delivery to a housewarming gift (wine, glasses etc.). We couldn't have asked for a better transition & they made it possible!!
