I worked directly with Devin and Lowell at The Coley Group to sell my house. Everybody at their office was professional, but still fun to work with. The process was very smooth on their side the whole way. Starting with realistic expectations to negotiations with the buyer's Realtor, I was always kept in the loop on what was happening with my transaction. The additional benefit of the Concierge service to help cover my moving costs was a huge bonus. I will definitely be working with their office again when I am in the market to buy.

During the closing process, our beautiful daughter was born healthy but much earlier then expected. We were both happy and healthy but still in the hospital at our closing date. Her kindness and generosity did not stop there, Devin and the Coley Group sent us flowers, gifts, and multiple meals (to help us survive our first weeks as new parents!). We are so thankful to Devin and everyone at the Coley Group for everything they have done for us. We could not have asked for a better house buying experience!
